The Judges will deliver their legal opinion in April 2017

On Oct 15th-16th, the Monsanto Tribunal took place in the Hague. It was an unprecedented international mobilization that enabled five eminent judges to hear testimonies from victims coming from all around the world, in order to examine the consequences of the activities of the multinational agrochemical company Monsanto in the light of international law. The judges will deliver a well founded legal opinion in the spring of 2017.

Now it is up to the five independent judges to give their legal opinion on this matter. Successful Monsanto Tribunal and People's Assembly!

During the last two days the world was watching witnesses’ testimonies, lawyers’ pleas, and the first impressions of the judges. We had 750 participants in The Hague representing 30 nationalities from all over the world, thousands were following us online on the livestream and social media, and the Tribunal received a lot of press attention.
